Colleen is truly a wealth of knowledge in veganism, nutrition, cooking, but also in communication, living ethically, and protecting our planet. Her book The Joyful Vegan is an amazing read and I highly recommend it to any plant-based eaters. She really changed my perspective on advocacy and how to share your truth and inspire people without attachment.
If you vegans really love animals, why do you eat there food? Also your little energy efficient cars require iron to make and to mine iron destroys the environment. Meat is also good for you
Colleen never shies away from tackling difficult issues - and she always does so from a lens of compassion for all beings, emotional intelligence, and hard-earned wisdom. Her podcast and books have been a huge support on my vegan path.
Colleen, thank you for this content. Whenever I feel discouraged or in need of inspiration I listen and it always helps, it confirms to me that I’m on the right path. Thank you
Love Colleen’s information shared within each podcast! Living as a vegan for 11 years, enjoying Colleen’s podcast for going on twelve years. Keep doing what you do! 🤗🥰
