  • Deserves a million stars!

Dr Greger’s work is essential and I couldn’t do without him. Nobody else puts such rigour and humour into their podcasts. • Wonderful!

I deeply appreciate the work Dr Greger has done and the fact that his information is evidence based through scientific research. I’ve learned so much from him and others in the WFPB community. By following these suggestions, at age 72 I feel better than I ever have in my life and have more energy and stamina, as well as hope for many quality years into my future.

I found the book well-documented with quality research and written so compellingly that I immediately applied Dr. Gregor’s Daily Dozen. And WOW! Within two weeks my health totally turned around. My lab result... more
