Tho it gets a little odd sometimes when he's snarky, I can't think of a more informed health info. delivery method for me! I have now all 4 of Dr. G's books, tho I must admit it takes me forever to get thru each one, as I take so many notes... trying to memorize the info. 🙆♀️🥰

Very pro vegan/vegetarian viewpoint. Vegetarian is not the answer for everything and everyone. I’m glad it works for Dr. Greger but it does not work for everyone.
Great podcasts and great information! ❤️But your delivery and intonation can be improved, it made it hard to follow or understand sometimes. I also suggest that science studies best be explained like in a conversation style, instead of like reading a peer reviewed journal! also a lot “ums" and "uhs” when you not following script, a Toastmaster program might help! Honestly, I think you can gain far more audiences and have more impact by improving your delivery style! Thanks for your work thou... more
