Dr Greger’s work is essential and I couldn’t do without him. Nobody else puts such rigour and humour into their podcasts. His books are perfect and I must have read How Not to Diet about 10 times now (and used the information to drop the final two dress sizes and become my perfect weight - BMI 22).

Good info and research, but obviously biased looking for the worst case on one side.
I deeply appreciate the work Dr Greger has done and the fact that his information is evidence based through scientific research. I’ve learned so much from him and others in the WFPB community. By following these suggestions, at age 72 I feel better than I ever have in my life and have more energy and stamina, as well as hope for many quality years into my future.
