I have been listening to this podcast for a few years now and it is incredibly inspirational for me. I always learn something new. Sometimes just a nugget like a food I could add to a dish that I hadn’t thought of. But there is always something. I love the inspirational stories people tell on why and how they started their journey on becoming more plant-based. Hearing about the latest science and statistics is also greatly appreciated. Keep up the great work you do!
I followed this podcast for a year but found it to be pretty repetitive. The content is good but please, oh please, change up the host! Will likely unfollow for a second time.
I absolutely love this podcast because I feel supported and encouraged to eat healthy whole plant-based foods. I also support animal kindness and am against animal abuse or environmental pollution which occur through animal exploitation. In one episode Dr. Neal Barnard said “Leave animals alone” - and that really stuck with me! I can’t recommend this podcast enough, it’s life-changing!

With an ostomy, I found I could finally eat! I gained about 50 pounds and my health (and self-esteem) has suffered. I have a hard time staying hyd... more
