I really enjoy this podcast and the variety of topics. Just listened to the newest episode on Principal in Des Moines doing a whole food, plant-based program with employees and it inspired me to pitch a similar wellness initiative to my company. I’ve lost over 100 lbs eating this way and information like this keeps me learning. Chuck, you are an excellent host with tons of energy, enthusiasm and warmth. Keep up the great work, PCRM!
I have struggled with my weight all my life. I’m now 74, so it’s been awhile. I have just recommitted to a Whole Foods plant based way of eating. I tried going vegan once before, but jumped in too fast. So, I’m taking it more slowly- beef, pork 0, dairy 0, fish and chicken still a bit. Your podcasts have provided me with so much information and moral support. I can’t review just one, they are all great. Your interview style is engaging and brings the best out of your guests. A huge thank you!
Love love love this podcast for nutrition and health information. It’s the best!

Anything that comes in a bag from a factory regardless of plant or animal is not good. Companies are altering the food, adding stabilizers and god knows that else. With our stationary lifestyle and lack of sleep these so called food is affecting everyone. If I eat oatmeal, bread, god forbid a bowl of cereal with a plant base milk, my blood glucose will spike over... more
