  • Favorite nutrition podcast!

Love this podcast so much. I have enjoyed Dr. Cara’s contributions as well! Thank you for putting in the time to make them. I so wish thy came out more frequently!! I can’t get enough. Would also love to hear more from Dr. Cara and Dr. J Fuhrman about weight loss. I have a similar story to Cara’s and am afraid to take the step with the last 5%, but would love to hear more about that journey and what it looks like and about the weight los too.

  • Yes and No

I would love to give this podcast a five star review because I do believe Dr. Furman is a genius, perhaps one of the most intelligent doctors of our time. If I can ever get the time, I would love to do a retreat with him to reset my eating habits. I’ve been a follower and fan of his for many years. I love that he backs up everything he says with studies and not just opinion. I think it’s amazing how he raised his kids nutratarian by making fruits and vegetables seem exciting. I look forward to e... more
