  • Yes and No

I would love to give this podcast a five star review because I do believe Dr. Furman is a genius, perhaps one of the most intelligent doctors of our time. If I can ever get the time, I would love to do a retreat with him to reset my eating habits. I’ve been a follower and fan of his for many years. I love that he backs up everything he says with studies and not just opinion. I think it’s amazing how he raised his kids nutratarian by making fruits and vegetables seem exciting. I look forward to e... more

  • The best advise you could hope for!

After a number of years consuming plant based and vegan information: books/pod casts and videos, my conclusion is that Dr. Fuhrman has the best perspective and guidance.

Though Dr. Fuhrman has been criticized by some plant based Dr.’s for not being exactly like them in recommendations, I think Dr. Fuhtman’s teaching stands the test of time.

I enjoy the conversational approach to questions on this podcast between father and daughter. They don’t over simplify however they provide excellent exp... more

  • This pod keeps me on the Nutritarian wagon!

Of all of the diet and nutrition science stuff I have read over the years, Dr. Fuhrman's "Nutritarian" diet is the only one that makes complete sense to me. No cutting out food groups, no obsessing over macronutrient ratios or calories. I love this osteoporosis episode where he has his 97-year-old mother on. I hope I am half that sharp in another 20 years, let alone if I make it to 97!

  • Disappointed by ads

I have been a fan of Dr. Fuhrman’s for 10 years and have followed his various online shows, including his recent podcast with his daughter, but hearing an ad by a casino and Online betting company really disappointed me. For someone who promotes a healthy lifestyle, having any association with gambling is a bit hypocritical.
