Love this podcast so much. I have enjoyed Dr. Cara’s contributions as well! Thank you for putting in the time to make them. I so wish thy came out more frequently!! I can’t get enough. Would also love to hear more from Dr. Cara and Dr. J Fuhrman about weight loss. I love that he backs up everything he says with studies and not just opinion. I think it’s amazing how he raised his kids nutratarian by making fruits and vegetables seem exciting.
