I have enjoyed the podcast and have listened to a few dozen episodes. Dr. Gregor seems sincere in his desire to help the public which I find admirable. However, his bias toward literature that supports his own preconceptions about the superiority of the vegan diet is obviously after any scrutiny. He appears to cherry pick literature that supports his views and ignore that which supports eating animal products for health and longevity. Love love love, but the pausing makes me give up and listen to something else.
Really love this Podcast I’ve applied many of Dr Greger’s tips. Most recently I’ve added purple cabbage to my raw chopped veggies I eat everyday for a snack (often while walking 18 holes on my golf course). 98% of my golf buddies ride in carts mainly because they are too metabolically unhealthy to walk for even 1/2 a round of golf. They eat cheese burgers while I’m snacking on my veggies, an apple, 2 kiwi, a banana, and baggies full of berries, and another full of mixed nuts more
