I just started listening to this podcast as I was recently diagnosed with cancer. I was very disappointed tuning into the June 2020 podcast regarding fasting. I thought this was a show about cancer not about politics. If hear one more show regarding the authors’ views on politics, I will unsubscribe and reduce the rating to 1 star.
These two are insiders for sure. Great guests and honest discussions about so many topics relevant to natural health and self-care.
I’m blessed to have found this podcast. I love that it has scientific information. Looking forward to hearing all the rest of the podcasts.
Karolyn, Dr. Lise, and their incredibly knowledgeable guests talk all things health re;ated, but it’s so much more than that! You’ll get tons of actionable advice and tangible tips, but you’ll also get heaps of inspiration from truly engaging individuals that genuinely want to help others. Thanks so much for putting out such a spectacular show ladies - keep up the great work!
