  • Confusing?!

I'm confused. Why is this woman claiming she knows how to prevent cancer, yet recommends recipes with toxic sludge seed oils (from her meal plan), AND now she's recommending via a podcast episode GLP1s aka semaglutide?!? This is infuriating! This is WRONG. These shots are linked to cancer! Please explain!

  • Good information, but her jangling around the microphone is enough to skip an episode.

  • Great content

Hi there! I love your content and your show… Binge listening. The only thing is, there is always background noise in every one of your episodes. There is always kitchen noises, somebody in the background making breakfast or something… And paper shuffling, it is quite distracting.

  • Very informative.

I have listened to all the episodes and I’ve found them extremely informative and interesting. I’ve learned so much. My only (hopefully constructive) criticism is that there is often too much background noise and it’s distracting. Having said that, I’ve really enjoyed this podcast and I am looking forward to new episodes. Dr Jenn Simmons (with two Ns) is very caring and I would strongly recommend to read her book too.

  • Dr Jenn

I really enjoy the information from Dr. Jenn. However, I often get frustrated with all of the background noise and end up turning it off. I’m always intrigued by the guests that she brings in and the topics they discuss but get very frustrated with the background noise. Is there anyway that could be made better?
