I’ve been listening to Dr. Katie’s podcast for a while, and it’s incredibly informative. She’s the first doctor I’ve encountered who truly integrates the whole body in her approach. She teaches you how to heal naturally, and her podcast is full of free, valuable knowledge.

Just discovered Dr. Deming and can’t get enough of her amazingly informative and uplifting episodes on her podcast, Born to Heal. This is for everyone, not just people who have gone through cancer. She goes deep and movingly into what truly matters in helping us all live our best life.
On a whole I like this podcast. Some of it is a little too out there for me, which is saying something as I’ve long been skeptical of Western medicine’s ways, and some of the suggestions are comically expensive. I appreciate the perspective though. I feel like the nutritional component of this show could use some rounding out from experts others than Monica. She comes off as VERY abrasive and dismissive.
