  • Compassion, Hope, and Science

I discovered Dr. Katie on IG soon after being diagnosed with two primary cancers and quickly binged this podcast. What sets Born to Heal apart is her whole-person view of healing (mind, body, spiritual, and lifestyle), not just another procedure or prescription.

I became a paying client and completed a 30-day medically supervised water fast. Two weeks after finishing the fast and careful refeeding, I genuinely feel better than I have since my diagnosis. Maybe the best money I’ve ever spent.

  • Working with Dr Katie

I’ve been listening to Dr. Katie’s podcast for a while, and it’s incredibly informative. She’s the first doctor I’ve encountered who truly integrates the whole body in her approach. She teaches you how to heal naturally, and her podcast is full of free, valuable knowledge.

I recently joined her 3-day water fast, and it was a beautiful experience. She was very present each day, answering all our questions—and we all had plenty! I had fasted before, but her guidance and the supportive community m... more

  • Helped me a lot

I was on alt FB groups and someone mentioned Katie Demings to me, so I was curious and listened to a few podcasts. I became hooked and binged listened to almost all of her shows since she turned alternative a couple years ago. I’ve learned so much, and it has given me so much hope. Her shows are authentic, full of good information that is straight to the point and easy to understand. I’ve incorporated many health things I learned from here, but it also confirmed a lot of things I believed as wel... more

  • An interesting mix

On a whole I like this podcast. Some of it is a little too out there for me, which is saying something as I’ve long been skeptical of Western medicine’s ways, and some of the suggestions are comically expensive. I appreciate the perspective though. I feel like the nutritional component of this show could use some rounding out from experts others than Monica. She comes off as VERY abrasive and dismissive.
