    Thanks Britany, for this podcast.

I need to find a solution to my chaotic routine. I follow you on TikTok and I truly appreciate all you share.

  • Funny, sassy and REAL

I’ve been following Britany for a while now on Instagram and do her workouts in the Sweat app. I love to listen to her podcast while I’m on the treadmill walking post workout. She’s motivating, she’s hilarious and it feels like having a best friend walking beside you. I just really love her so much. She brings so much value to the world just being herself and that’s so inspiring!

I’ve never written a podcast review but felt compelled to after listening to the Dec 23rd episode - I haven’t even finished it. I paused the episode just to type this out. Let me get back to it ... more
