  • Great information!

I came to this podcast as a skeptic thinking that I couldn’t learn anything new as a carnivore but I’m glad I listened. I appreciate your work!!

  • Love her content

Courtney has real life struggles that sound a lot like mine. I find her advice so helpful. Bought her cookbook because I had been looking for a carnivore cookbook and I wasn’t thrilled with the ones I saw on Amazon. When she announced the launch of her cookbook, I was all in. It has been a real help in putting variety in my meals.

  • So down to earth and amazing

Bought her cookbook and I’ve made five of her recipes. Ground breaking! The book is everyday recipe great and makes this meat based living with my WAPF family’s diet possible. Now I have pizza cruise, waffles (to use as bread) and tortillas to eat along my family when they’re eating sourdough wheat bread! Love this podcast! I prefer listening on YouTube though 😊😂 thank you Courtney. Love your spirit and what you share! Keep it up!

Q: Or do you think diet changes are enough? Like, if someone changes their eating, are they truly set for IVF or pregnancy, or do they need patience and additional steps?
Diet is foundational but not a guaranteed fix; coordinated care, patience, and possible clinical options (like IVF) may still be explored, with shared decision-making leading the path.

Q: Now, do you think it's more than just diet, though? Like, is there lifestyle stuff that are making us sick?
Yes, lifestyle factors beyond diet matter; diet changes can be part of a broader approach, but sustainable fertility improvement often requires a holistic set of lifestyle changes.
Q&A: Exercise, Airbnb, Travel Budget, Homeschooling
Q: Have you had any surprising things about van travel life so far?
No real surprises, but the gas prices have been a pleasant surprise and the elevation affecting gas pump numbers was unexpected.
Q&A: Exercise, Airbnb, Travel Budget, Homeschooling
Q: Are the kids loving the adventure? When do you homeschool?
Yes, they are enjoying it, and homeschool is done every day, having started two days ago.
Q&A: Exercise, Airbnb, Travel Budget, Homeschooling
Q: When do you guys sleep in the van versus when do you do Airbnbs?
They primarily stay in Airbnbs for comfort, especially during bad weather, but plan to sleep in the van more later to balance costs.
