  • Life lessons for driven men

Really enjoyed this episode with Lane Kawaoka from The Wealth Elevator. Brian has a good way of tying health back to real life, especially for busy professionals who are juggling work, family, stress, and long-term goals.

Lane was a great guest and brought a different angle than the usual fitness-only conversation. I checked out his book The Wealth Elevator after listening, and it added a lot of useful perspective on real estate investing, passive income, and financial independence.
