  • Great info but TOO many ads

There is a lot of great common sense valuable information on this podcast but most of the time is used for same annoying ads. I realize money needs to be generated but so little time is devoted to great subject matter.

  • Doctor Bob Martin

...most physically fit doctor I have ever seen.

...have been taking his recommended products for years and do not intend to stop: Xlear nasal spray, PressAssure, EsterC.

... admire his continuous study of the medical literature to broadcast to my non-medical understanding.

  • Good gosh, advertise much?

I clicked skip 30 seconds MORE TIMES in this podcast than I have on any others on a long time. I understand you have to make money, but do fewer ads per episode. I looked for info on CBD oil, but the podcast was filled with self-promotion, guest-promotion, Ads, and only THEN, a little helpful information. I won’t listen to another podcast here any time soon. Much to improve.

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Beyond the Headlines: The Real Health Stories That Could Change Your Life
Q: What is the best way to quickly reduce a spike in your blood glucose after it occurs?
The host recommends a 10- to 15-minute brisk walk to use muscles as a metabolic sponge to uptake glucose, followed by hydration and strategic nutrient pairing (protein, fat, and fiber) to slow carb absorption and stabilize energy and brain function.
The Heart of Innovation: How the VECTOR Procedure Is Rewriting Bypass Surgery
Q: How does nitric oxide decline with age, and can we reverse or slow this process?
Endothelial function declines with age, leading to lower nitric oxide production; however, through lifestyle changes and targeted therapies (including NO-boosting products and optimized oral care), it's possible to prevent the decline or even shift vascular age to the left.
The Heart of Innovation: How the VECTOR Procedure Is Rewriting Bypass Surgery
Q: What exactly is nitric oxide and why is it so important for overall health?
Nitric oxide is a foundational molecule produced by the body that regulates blood flow, improves circulation, delivers oxygen, and supports mitochondrial function and stem cell activity, making it central to cardiovascular health and longevity.
The Mouth-Body Connection: Unlocking Hidden Pathways to Whole-Body Restoration
Q: Isn't a dentist a dentist? Aren't they all the same? What is the difference between a conventional dentist and a biological dentist?
The guest clarifies that while basics are similar, holistic dentistry differentiates itself by body-wide considerations, using safer materials, and combining dental care with systemic therapies to address autoimmune and metal-related health issues.
The Mouth-Body Connection: Unlocking Hidden Pathways to Whole-Body Restoration
Q: What is the difference for the person listening who's never had a conversation like this, never heard anything like this?
Dr. Porcella explains that a biological or holistic dentist treats the whole body during dental work, using low-toxicity materials and integrating therapies like chelation, IVs, ozone, and regenerative medicine to reduce systemic impact.
