  • Thank you so so much!

I’ve never reviewed a podcast before but I really felt like I had to share how valuable this resource is. It’s incredibly difficult to find balanced, clear and supportive information about fertility, but Hannah does an amazing job of delivering just that. The guests are knowledgable, and Hannah has an incredible knack for asking them the exact questions I’m thinking, leaving no stone unturned. I’ve used information I’ve learned from this podcast to advocate for myself in my own fertility journey... more

  • Great content, please fix the audio

This podcast is fantastic for those on a TTC journey. I have found it so informative and calming. However, most episodes there are serious issues with the audio, at times making it very difficult to listen.

  • Inaccurate and unhelpful information/fear mongering

I’m genuinely shocked by the ignorance and completely inaccurate information included in the latest episode, “Common Mistakes to Avoid When You’re TTC.”

To quote: “You don’t want [period blood] to be brown, black, like any funky colours”. It is actually very normal for periods to start and/or end with brown, black or pink blood; this would NOT be a cause for concern unless also accompanied by other, far more serious symptoms. I’m amazed that a podcast which claims to empower women in their jou... more

How To Improve Your Egg Health
Q: How can someone start addressing inflammation to improve egg health?
Begin with an anti-inflammatory dietary approach, ensure consistent tracking of food, reduce processed foods, and address gut health and sleep; test inflammatory markers like high-sensitivity CRP to tailor interventions and assess progress.
How To Improve Your Egg Health
Q: What do we mean by egg quality and why is it important?
Egg quality refers to the health and viability of the egg, including nuclear DNA integrity and energy from mitochondria, which together influence fertilization, embryo development, and implantation; age and modifiable factors like inflammation and metabolic health play key roles.
The Future of Male Fertility Testing- Doubled Stranded DNA Analysis
Q: So can you tell us what, first of all, what is DNA fragmentation and what is double-stranded DNA fragmentation, please?
DNA fragmentation refers to breaks in the DNA within sperm; single-stranded breaks are breaks in the ladder's rungs near the outside, while double-stranded breaks are breaks that snap the ladder into two pieces. Double-stranded breaks are more significant because the embryo's natural DNA repair capacity is limited, making it harder for the embryo to develop properly and leading to lower chances of blastocyst formation and live birth.
How Does Endometriosis Affect Your Fertility-10 areas to consider with Louise Collyer
Q: So would you like to unpack that idea that endometriosis does not equal infertility a little more for us?
Endometriosis increases complexity but does not mean infertility. Many women conceive naturally or with IVF even with stage four disease; the goal is to reduce the inflammatory and immune barriers and optimize endometrial receptivity.
Holding Onto Hope: From Trying To Conceive To IVF- when to make the move??
Q: So tell us, if you don't mind sharing, what made you decide to make that move to IVF?
After a year of trying month in and month out, I found it really hard and wanted to try something different. Despite being able to conceive naturally, I've realized for my mental health, IVF felt like a necessary step to take control of my fertility journey.
