Good info well presented as always
I did not know what to fully expect from the health or hype podcasts which I have watched on YouTube. The down to earth, frank and open nature of these programmes have made them extremely enjoyable and incredibly relevant to well-being. Thank you to Joe Wicks, Bupa and everyone involved with these programmes for making them informative, engaging entertaining, motivational and interesting.
Working through the series, i’ve found each episode really insightful. The topics discussed are relatable and easy to digest. The topics discussed are important, but the format allows conversations to flow without being overly serious. Well done
Good
Genuinely inspired me to move more
