I’ve listened to over half of his podcasts. I like that he approaches injuries from an athlete’s perspective. He is an athlete and has completed a number of Ironmans. His focus is how to minimize the impact of an injury on an athlete and to recover quickly. Highly recommend this podcast for all runners.
I have listened to this podcast for a while now and it has been hugely beneficial to me both when I am running healthfully and when I am injured. Dr. Segler has a runner's and a doctor's perspective on injuries, which is both unique and extraordinarily helpful. It is a "must listen" for all runners!
Love how this podcast helps me to maintain a rational perspective and encourages being aggressive and active in the recovery process. more
