  • How did I not know?

I find it incredibly refreshing to listen to someone talk about things that I thought were only being discussed in my own head!!!

There are so many people roaming this planet who actually don’t have official diagnoses but feel different.

Turns out, when you start living authentically and doing what makes YOU comfortable you are Different, not Broken!!!!!

If I could give zero I would for scamming so many people out of money and lying to the ND community. How are you not ashamed of yourself?

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Don't Send Me a Video: Lists, Learning Styles & the Women's Health Gap
Q: What would you say to someone who is in a situation where traditional primary care dismisses their menopausal-related symptoms and nudges them toward general anxiety or weight loss advice?
Explain the need for a care pathway that goes beyond quick fixes, advocate for iterative care and hormone-focused protocols, and consider alternative routes like specialists or startups that emphasize women's health with insurance coverage.
I Put on Makeup. That's The Big Win.
Q: What do you do with that grief when there's no one to blame?
The host suggests there is no one to blame and emphasizes accepting life as it unfolds, finding value in processing emotions rather than assigning blame.
What my body remembered that my brain tried to forget
Q: We have a question from Andrew in Eugene, Oregon. Is there a real me underneath that, or is that the wrong question entirely?
There isn't a single 'real' self; identity is a dynamic process that unfolds over time, and figuring out who you are requires honest self-reflection, trying things, and acknowledging that people can change across life phases.
Mute Your Wonderwall Because I'm Clicking Things!
Q: I notice that when I finally slow down, everything I've been avoiding emotionally shows up at once. It makes rest feel dangerous. How do you rest without opening the emotional floodgates every single time?
The host suggests discussing backlog gradually, considering therapy or support to process what surfaces, and recognizing that rest should be balanced with addressing underlying emotions rather than escaping them entirely.
The Little Extra Hug (And Other Things My Brain Needs)
Q: How do you make peace with being capable in some areas and completely useless in others?
Recognize that it's typical for people to excel in crisis situations while struggling with daily tasks, and perhaps focus on leveraging your strengths instead of fighting against your weaknesses.
