These podcasts are so relaxing, they are also reliably well-done. I also love the variety; if you aren’t feeling white noise, brown noise, pink noise, any noises, there is also box fan sounds, rain sounds, ocean sounds, and basically anything you could ever want. Accept cafe vibes, but that doesn’t fit the itinerary and that isn’t good for sleeping anyways.
