Yikes!!! Very important to know! I bet this is not commonly known. Consumer Report also shared this same message. Please continue to share such important knowledge!
Just listened to you 2026 commencement speech. Awesome. I recently retired after 45 years as a critical care nurse. Not only do I think this message is valuable for physicians, but I think every nurse should hear it too. Pretty much every health care professional should. Thank you for sharing
Interesting episode about Mocktails and cancer, but I especially enjoyed the part about silicone and plastic. It certainly peeked my interest and one to listen over and over to remember those studies you mentioned. Makes you think twice now about washing those Tupperware containers in the dishwasher, even if they do say Rubbermaid and if they are heat resistant, like the ones you get from California Pizza Kitchen.
Glad I have begun listening to your podcast. I find it very interesting and informative. I have gone back to listen to episodes from 2025, and must commend you for not allowing the FDA commissioner to “snow” you, and thus your listeners. I’m looking forward to learning helpful hints from your latest book. Keep up the great work and maintain your principles.

A health- and science-focused show that blends medical expertise with accessible storytelling. Topics span hair health, gut health, autism, brain science, sleep, hypnosis, and the impact of technology on daily life, often featuring physicians, researchers, and other experts who translate complex research into practical takeaways for listeners. The format frequently combines clinician-host guidance with guest insights, audience Qs, and real-world implications for health, well-being, and everyday decision-making. A notable strength is the ability to connect emerging science to tangible tips, while spotlighting controversial or evolving areas (such as GLP-1 medications or tech use) with nuance and caution. This mix tends to attract health-cons... more
