Five stars for such an excellent sleep support. Although sleep & I have never had the easiest of relationships. My mother used to let me listen to radio plays when I couldn’t sleep as a child. And my age I now have a plethora of sleep health support (hello magnesium, sleep tea etc yawn) but the most enjoyable & yet effective is Sleepy Time mumbles. I set my sleep timer for 10 or 15 minutes & fall asleep sometime before it ends. I have been a subscriber now for over a year & appreciate your comm... more

His monotonous drone is soothing to the eardrums and the topics of choice in his episodes are wonderful to listen to so send you off the slumberland. Loved listening to the Mass Effect episode! Love his mentions to Sophie as well, very sweet.
