  • Dr O’Grady makes the podcast!

The BDI is an invaluable resource for both sufferers of poor mental health and those supporting them. Brilliant podcast, informative and educating.

All of Dr O’Grady’s episodes in particular are brilliant; she is so knowledgeable and asks all the right questions while showing care and understanding. An absolute legend, should be the official host!
