I love this podcast the host are great and it’s very relatable and refreshing . I’ve been listening to them for a long time and even now they are an important listen for me as someone who struggles with the disorder.
Sometimes I get so frustrated having this diagnosis and feeling out of control. This reminds me I’m not alone, even when it feels like it.
The guy says he’s a mental health advocate, but doesn’t think people need their diagnosis? He also doesn’t believe in ADHD. Seems pretty contradictory to being an advocate for mental health. But I guess there could be negative advocates…
