  • Awesome podcast!

Kristina is the real deal. I was looking for some relief and inspiration and found this gem of a show. The guests she brings on are very knowledgeable on binge eating and food addiction. I was curious who Kristina is and found she posts these podcasts as well as a lot more videos not found here on her YouTube channel, which I recommend checking out. I look forward to more episodes!
