  • Phone ins are great

Loved today’s Friday call in show. Back to great info I can implement today without the reminiscing. Need more of that, regurgitation of how and what we need to do vs the story time. I feel lots of us need reminding of how to stay on track and what that looks like regarding foods, blood numbers and heart rates. Thank you for being a great teacher for this community! ❤️

His consistent praising of anti-vaxxers really ruined my trust in anything he says. Just another conspiracy nutcase.

BEST OF: Thirty Pounds of Fruit? - Episode 2804
Q: What exactly do you eat to reach 30 to 50 pounds of vegetables and fruit in a day, and how is that broken down across meals?
Arnstein details waking with juice-heavy mornings (oranges, bananas), mid-day heavy fruit intake (oranges, melons, cantaloupes, persimmons), and a large evening salad with tomatoes and vegetables, emphasizing that the bulk comes from raw produce and that juicing is used for convenience and to meet energy needs during long training days.
Asking the Right Health Questions - Episode 2808
Q: From Barry Smith. How to find the proper saddle for a spinner bike?
There is no one proper seat. It's whatever seat makes you comfortable; typically, harder saddles that don't compress the perineum are preferred, with options like Brooks being common; you may need to try several to find what works best.
Bang for Your Buck - Episode 2770
Q: What should a recovery day look like for someone balancing a nine-to-five job and family responsibilities?
Recovery can be active but varied: a brisk, stiff hour-long walk or light cardio, plus optional light mobility work; the goal is to move without repeating the same intense workouts and to let the body absorb the gains from the week.
Your Health Is Most Important - Episode 2761
Q: Is the six-day routine something for beginners or advanced users?
It's suitable for both; newer people may benefit from the short, consistent workouts, while experienced lifters can further develop their routine.
Your Health Is Most Important - Episode 2761
Q: What is your response to the commitment of a six-day routine?
It's not as big of a commitment as it seems because you're not locked into the gym for long periods.
