Always informative and entertaining. Its the best podcast to expand my thinking.
Thanks to Mike Rowe and his team. This episode with Joey Jones was enlightening. I had considered the book “Beyond the Badge” for my Brother in Law who is retired LAPD for 30 years and carries around PTSD. It seems like it would be a good book for him. His sense of humor is much the same as Joey.
I always enjoy Mike Rowe podcasts even if I think I won’t enjoy the show, it ends up I always get something of knowledge from each one.
Thank you and Happy Thanksgiving to ya’ll.
Just bought Johnny Joey Jones' book for my husband who isn't a reader unless it's about spirts or war stories--he'll love it. And then I'm reading it...
Great show, Thanks!
More of the same commentary you loved on dirty jobs with a variety of interesting guests. Mike brings a unique viewpoint to modern topics and produces a quality show every week.
I especially love the way he presents advertisements. Typically I skip advertisements in podcasts, however Mike’s are so entertaining. I can’t help but to listen to them.
Keep up the great work Mike.
