I love all of Adams’s cultural references from his childhood (HR pufenstuff, new zoo revue, nighttime tv shows). This was my childhood too and every time he cracks an inside joke about a show I laugh to myself because I get ALL of the jokes!!
Also, I laugh out loud listening to this podcast while I walk. Unlike late night he is actually funny because he works at it!!!

The host regularly posts episodes that are compendiums of old episodes (branded “classics”), which is irritating. It would be cleaner if he set up a separate channel for the classics, leaving this one solely for new episodes. If I ever want to listen to an old episode, I will simply do so; intermingling reposts with new episodes is a mess.

Can’t expect people not to change, but I sure do like when I see the old, funny Adam coming out from time to time. The divorce sure messed him up, but after listening to Lynette’s podcast (yikes!) he is better off. She is not motivated and kind of a bummer. She doesn’t have a lot going on and I kind of feel sorry for her, but it’s what she wanted. Have fun with all that cash Lynette.

This show features blunt, fast-paced conversations anchored by a comedian host known for unapologetic humor and unabashed takes on pop culture, politics, and daily life. Episodes frequently pair long-form interviews with a rotating cast of regulars for banter, rants, and broad-ranging riffs, spanning celebrity chat, sports stories, political hot takes, and offbeat life anecdotes. Noteworthy is the consistent mix of high-profile guests—actors, musicians, comedians, athletes, and politicians—with a signature rhythm of provocative questions, improvisational bits, and sponsor callbacks that keep the format lively and unpredictable.
