  • One of the best resources for those experiencing infertility!

I stumbled upon this podcast on IG and it’s been invaluable during my journey with infertility. Listening to these episodes, especially ones about unexplained infertility and endometriosis really encouraged me to advocate for myself with my doctors. I also appreciate how raw and honest the hosts and guests are with sharing their stories! I ended up getting a diagnosis of endometriosis and chronic endometritis because I pushed for the right tests. Never would have had the knowledge or courage to ... more

Navigating the Emotional Landscape of Fertility: Insights from Laura Weppler
Q: How can someone find and engage with your services, and what should they expect from an initial consultation?
Clients can schedule a free 30-minute call to assess fit; the goal of the call is to understand their situation and leave with actionable information, not a sales pitch.
Navigating the Emotional Landscape of Fertility: Insights from Laura Weppler
Q: What does your one-on-one support really look like and how available are you to clients?
The service is practically 24/7 in spirit; clients can text or call with spiraling concerns at off hours, and the provider aims to respond promptly, balancing real sleep with accessibility to lessen anxiety.
Needle Free IVF with Dr. Rachel Mandelbaum
Q: What drew you to reproductive endocrinology, and how did you arrive at needle-free IVF?
Dr. Mandelbaum explains a long-standing passion for women's health, the pivot from other surgical interests to fertility, and how personal experiences with infertility and injections inspired the development of a needle-free approach to reduce anxiety and improve patient experience.
PCOS Fertility Specialist: Dr. Angela Potter
Q: What does the role of thyroid testing look like in PCOS?
Thyroid health is crucial; beyond TSH, it's important to assess free T3, free T4, and thyroid antibodies because imbalances can disrupt ovulation and implantation.
PCOS Fertility Specialist: Dr. Angela Potter
Q: Can we break down PCOS?
PCOS is diagnosed by two of three pillars: polycystic ovaries on ultrasound, elevated androgens, and ovulatory issues. This means the condition is a systemic, whole-body issue that affects fertility through multiple interacting pathways.
