This episode is bittersweet for me. I’m sharing the heartbreaking loss of my German Shepherd, Kona, and what it was like saying goodbye, not just for me, but for my kids, who grew up with her by their side. Grief has a way of stopping time… and also ... more

Can you do a day in the life? Like what you do exactly to be so busy throughout the week? I like the recaps of the hills though. Don’t like all the spiritual the reiki hypnotist stuff
Loving the Hills rewatch episodes. Kristin is such a joy and I love her ability to be raw and honest and look back to the times that most people will avoid even answering questions about. KEEP KILLING THE GAME!
The recaps are an immediate no. She has some interesting guests but in every episode she asks her guest, when am I going to meet my “soulmate.” It’s getting old. Enjoy your kids and your life as is. If it happens great, if not move on.
I actually love Kristin and she was my fave LB/Hills girl, but she comes across as very pick me in her podcast and makes herself less likeable post her TV era. The Hills was 16 years ago, MOVE ON
I loved the episode with Spirit Daughter! I love hearing this side of Kristen. Also love any episode with her and Justin - their friendship is amazing
