Christine is such a high energy, positive person it makes listening to this podcast so enjoyable. I love the variety of guests she interviews, the running tips to be shared and inspiration to set my day.
Really like this podcast. The music is a lot though like too much at times
What I love about this show is it feels like you are in the room with Christine. Everything is relatable and so GENUINE. The conversations are also deep, and heartfelt and sometimes silly which just makes them all that much better. You will never regret a listen.
This show is totally the bees knees and I’m loving it. These coaches are so peppy and I love having bRUNch with them on the regular.
