I love this podcast. I found it while training for Disneyland half marathon. I have been listening to 2 or 3 episodes a day to get caught up. The hosts have so much great info and funny stories. It's fun to hear all the race reports and I hope to meet you all at Disneyland Halloween or dopey 2025!

Started listening to this podcast maybe after Dopey 2024 but knew Bob through Customized Training. Now I’m binging all the shows and I feel these folks are friends I have yet to meet. The team also does a phenomenal job of bringing all runners of varying abilities into one cohesive group and it’s absolutely fantastic. From the meet-ups before rD races, to the meet up at Disney Springs every race weekend, it makes the races feel less huge because you know you have friends out there on the course.... more
