Really great show. Don’t come here for real running advice, but come here for advice on how to make running fun. The hosts have great chemistry. Only complaint is that they appear to be Peleton people, meaning us iFit people can’t ride with them. Ps. This review triggers Tom’s commitment for a procedural live stream.
I’m so glad this comes out every Monday. As a teacher, Mondays are not always the best day. You all keep it light and I’m in the best mood by the time the kiddos arrive. You’re the best!!!!!
Listening to WRF on my long runs is like bringing friends and fellow RunDisney obsessives along with me. Lots of laughs, great advice and personal stories make this podcast so enjoyable. I’m also a big fan of their Inside the Runners Studio episodes, which highlight regular people and their motivations for running. It’s great to have a podcast that’s relatable to the average runner.
Let me explain Florida cold weather. Raised in Chicago, I know cold. We’ve been in Florida for 23 years and our 50 degrees is way colder than up north below 50. It’s because of the humidity. That makes any cool temperature way colder than it should be.
