You guys got me thru another training run on the ‘surface of the sun’ as Diana declares, aka Florida. Newly retired teacher getting ready to go on first DVC cruise right when teachers report back to school. I’ll start strength training on the cruise. It wasn’t a goal but I guess it should be based on the goal getters. Love you guys.
