Participating in a runDisney race should be fun and memorable, but it’s so easy to feel unprepared and overwhelmed by all the things you need to know; not only to run the race, but to prepare for it. We totall... more

I can’t begin to explain how much I enjoy One More Run the podcast. AJ and Erika provide the most comprehensive information you will find as it pertains to RunDisney. Whether you’re training, planning your race weekend, or just looking to stay motivated, they cover it all in a way that’s actually useful.
But what really sets them apart is the vibe. They’re genuine, funny, and it never feels forced. Listening to them feels like you’re just chatting with a friend or neighbour.

My husband Thomas and I are currently training for our very first runDisney race (the WDW Marathon Weekend half marathon) and we are so incredibly grateful we found this podcast! We are running to celebrate Thomas’s incredible remission from leukemia and in honor of his mom who passed away from cancer last year. On top of that, we are in the thick of the domestic infant adoption process (which is a marathon of its own!), so having this positive, uplifting show to listen to has been exactly what ... more
In a previous pre-kids life I was a runner, but haven’t done a race or run a ton in 7 years since having 3 kids. I missed a sub-2 hour half marathon by less than a second and have always said “someday after kids I need to do another half”. After falling into the Disney obsession with our kids, I signed my husband and I up for the wine and dine half this fall knowing little to nothing about runDisney. This podcast has been SO helpful in preparing me for all the runDisney things I need to do and m... more
Wow i am so happy and excited to have found Erika and AJ’s podcast! (My bank account - not so much 😂). My friend and i ran our fist Disney race springtime surprise last year and after listening to AJ and Erika i realized how terrible my training was - there are so many things i didn’t think about or consider when training - and now i have a renewed spirit for running and want to sign up for Princess or Springtime in 2027 and really use the things I’ve learned on this podcast to make sure i don... more
I really enjoyed listening to this podcast. I’m a huge Disney nerd and have not yet run a Disney race. It is on my list of races to do though. I’m really excited to sign up for the Princess this upcoming year and after listening to AJ and Erika, i’ve learned so much and feel that when the time comes, I’ll be fully prepared to have my best race and to get through sign ups and all of the other difficult things more easily.
