  • Midwesterners

Many people from the midwest go to Disney world. I think you have to get out of the basement more. St Louis is not a small city. Go out and see it! Who knew he was from Missouri. Got old. Good bye.

How can Mike not know how to tell someone that wants to go for two weeks how they can use their ticket every other day on their trip. He said they wouldn’t get enough days on a 7 day ticket. Sure if they buy it separate. Buy a package and the ticket usage will span any 7 days of their resort stay. Ge... more

  • Fantastic show!

Love this show - been listening since the beginning, nearly two decades ago. Awesome group that brings a dose of Disney and joy to every week. But team, we’ve got to figure out who is always hitting their mic and typing in the background! 😂

It’s not the Gulf of America Mike. I’m actually kind of shocked Scott is friends with a Trump guy.

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

BOGP Open Line - August 23, 2026 - Tips For Taking Babies to WDW; Disneyland for WDW Veterans; Who Should Book VGT with DCL - BOGP 2952
Q: What tips would you give for a family traveling with a baby to Walt Disney World?
Expect to slow down, plan around feedings and naps, use Baby Care Centers, consider stroller strategies, and book character meals as good photo opportunities while keeping some flexibility for the baby.
Listener Questions - August 12, 2026 - Best Resort for Pool Days; Rainforest Room on DCL Value; WDW Itinerary Planning - BOGP 2943
Q: What is the best resort to stay for a pool day after a cruise for a multi-generational family?
The consensus leans toward Saratoga Springs due to its multiple pools, proximity to Disney Springs, and easier mobility options; others consider Beach Club as a potential option, but shade and access remain concerns.
Disney's Beach Club Resort; Family Fun @ Epcot & Magic Kingdom; Lounges Rule; Efficiency Is Key - BOGP 2946
Q: What was your approach to managing crowds and maximizing ride time?
We prioritized rope dropping, used Lightning Lanes selectively, and planned a flexible day to allow for slower moments and snacks, keeping a balance between ride time and enjoying the atmosphere.
Disney's Beach Club Resort; Family Fun @ Epcot & Magic Kingdom; Lounges Rule; Efficiency Is Key - BOGP 2946
Q: How did you decide to stay at Beach Club versus other nearby properties?
We chose Beach Club for its location, walkability to Epcot and Hollywood Studios, and the great pool at Stormalong Bay, which fits our family's vibe and makes it easy to pair resort time with park days.
BOGP Open Line - August 9, 2026 - More Lakeshore Lodge Thoughts, Least Favorite WDW Resorts, Princess Half-Marathon Logistics - BOGP 2944
Q: How late are bibs and expo hours for Princess Weekend?
The expo is generally open Thursday and Friday with peak attendance on Friday; bib pickup for events like the 10K and Half typically starts earlier in the day and merchandise can run out, so attendees are encouraged to visit early.
