My wife is a big runner, and she loves this podcast. I try to support her by accompanying her on runs or walks when I can. She listens to this, and I find it to be the most enjoyable of the run podcasts.
Such a great podcast! Hannah and Natalie are a dynamic duo!! The two of them are perfection! They are real honest and give their perspectives on their journeys! I love this podcast so much it gets better every week. Hannah and Natalie are perfection!!! No notes needed 😍
Been listening almost every week since their very beginning. These girls are not experts. They just give anecdotal stories that are not supported by any evidence or expertise.
