They keep me company during my long commute to and from work, and I genuinely look forward to every new episode. It feels like listening to running friends who just get it.

My wife is a big runner, and she loves this podcast. I try to support her by accompanying her on runs or walks when I can. She listens to this, and I find it to be the most enjoyable of the run podcasts.
