Grief is a universal experience, but one that we navigate alone. It's also one of the most-requested topics for me to cover here at the Wellbeing Lab. more
Ooh I'm excited to get into this week's topic. It's quite a complicated subject, but it's one of my favourites to discuss... codependency. When I learnt about codependency it was a lightbulb moment and I hope you glean some useful information from it... more

Thank you for this wonderful podcast, Will. I love it and I recommend it to family, friends and clients. Your guests are amazing and your clarity, honesty, humour and kindness are much appreciated. It helps me learn something about myself and the people I meet and how we all behave. I just listened to your podcast episodes on Complex PTSD and BPD and found it so helpful and insightful. ❤️🙏
The episode about complex PTSD is so interesting and helpful, discussed in an accessible but sensitive way. Will is an excellent interviewer.
Love this podcast, Will’s style is so intimate and informal, yet attentive and caring. Great topics and guests. My only criticism is the sponsor: wine producers. As we know, alcohol plays havoc with mental health and I know Will has recently gone sober so perhaps another more appropriate sponsor could be considered? Personally I hate having wine ads shoved at me every 15 mins.
I found this pod really useful. Will is becoming a great ambassador for mental health who makes difficult subjects accessible.
