    It’s a relief to listen to Matt and Steve (and John in the older episodes) talk about daily struggles. It makes me feel less weird. Today I experienced an old trigger, went in verbal circles with myself about it, vented to myself in text messages, and questioned whether I was doing recovery right, because I thought I should be able to have no reaction to old triggers.
