Due to some health reasons I had decided to give up alcohol. Unfortunately, I found it a lot harder than expected. I found listening to podcast to really help. Sober Friends podcast has been my favorite. Keep up the great work, fellas.
Thank you for bringing the message to the alcoholic. Appreciate it!
What I love most snot this podcast is how it creates a space for honest, vulnerable, discussions about recovery -something we all need more of. The hosts do an amazing job of balancing humor, empathy, practical advice, making it not just informative but also incredibly relatable.
It’s a relief to listen to Matt and Steve (and John in the older episodes) talk about daily struggles. It makes me feel less weird. I haven't even started the journey to sobriety yet but I have been thinking about it a long time. I know that it's what I need to do but I am scared of the unknown, because the drinking life is all that I know. I have a strong feeling that this podcast will help me get through it...thank you - Brian
