What I love most snot this podcast is how it creates a space for honest, vulnerable, discussions about recovery -something we all need more of. The hosts do an amazing job of balancing humor, empathy, practical advice, making it not just informative but also incredibly relatable.

I haven't even started the journey to sobriety yet but I have been thinking about it a long time. I know that it's what I need to do but I am scared of the unknown, because the drinking life is all that I know. I have a strong feeling that this podcast will help me get through it...thank you - Brian
I appreciate and learn from each podcast episode. Listening is helpful to my recovery.

Episode 171 really hit me. I have trouble taking the walls I have built up around me down. It’s always great to hear how you two deal with struggles and life in recovery.
I’ve read books that have helped me better understand the alcoholics in my life, and I’ve listened to other podcasts, but this is the one I’ve come to rely on. With honesty and humor, these guys give me insight into the struggles those with this disease face. I never miss an episode.
