Excellent I had 19 years of sobriety and in 2010 I though surely I can drink like a lady and NOT!! Sober again 1-21-2013 and then picked it up again June of 2021….so very grateful I made it back to the rooms 5-17-2022🛐🙌
This woman is such a see you en tee.
Angela’s podcast helps me stay sober for 30+ days so far. I love that it is about change of lifestyle and emotional regulation, rather than a substance itself. On a bad day it gives me strength to continue. I love her no-nonsense approach, and references to so many other great people and specialists. It has been my daily boost of motivation for more than a month so far.
Thank you, Angela. Please, continue.
I started listening to her podcast during a very low period of recovery. A friend suggested I pick podcasts about recovery from alcohol addiction just pick one that you like their voice.
I was facing challenges in working, family, mental health aging and staying sober after many years of sobriety.
Thanks Angels for recent podcast on the dry January boot camp. I am interested in starting a new year with this to keep going foward after a very challenging 2024.
