  • Heartfelt …Thank you !

A couple of months ago I had a long drive to visit a friend. I’ve suffered with migraines for 50 years and unfortunately found myself in the unlucky group of women whose migraines increase post menopause. Basically I either was having an at... more

  • It Takes A Village

Great podcasts for those of us with migraine (especially chronic). Diane and her guests bring stories of their journey and relatable experiences, symptoms, and feelings. Coping with migraine is an isolating and silent/invisible diisease. Stories of successful movement from chronic to episodic migraine gives me hope. Joining Nectar Health will hopefully lead me out of my 25+ year battle with migraine disease.
