    A couple of months ago I had a long drive to visit a friend. As usual my mind was consumed with thoughts of ‘I hope I don’t get a migraine”…when was the last one…am I due to get another attack’…These are constant thoughts that go through my mind every waking hour of my life for the past 6 years since post menopause.
