I LOVE listening to your podcast. I love that you are real about the weight loss journey. I have dieted and yo-yo’d all my life with my weight. I love that you say it isn’t going to be easy, that you need to find movement you love, find support, can still eat most foods in moderation depending on your goal. So many other things - you motivate me to create my own journey that works for me. Thank you so much - I love the reels of you making foods - they make laugh and teach me a lot.
I promised myself to have a healthy and fit body on my 60th birthday, which will be in 18 months. I started my journey 8 months ago and „stumbled by accident“ over Mandy‘s podcast. She is such an inspiration and a great support! Listening to her, brings me to challenge myself daily, which led me to the point that I really enjoy sports. This is actually quite new for me, to walk, swim, work out and go to fitness classes and to love it.
