  • So much good information

I don’t know why this podcast isn’t more popular! The information is great! The hosts are knowledgeable, kind, and approachable. They welcome multiple perspectives and are good communicators. I am currently pregnant and have been following MamasteFit across multiple platforms. A lot of people and organizations are out here charging a ton of money for what MF is freely sharing. I am so grateful for this podcast.
