I am absolutely in love with this podcast. This is so informative and definitely help me on a personal level. I am beyond happy I found this podcast, Maddie has such an amazing heart for others snd you can just genuinely see & hear it💖
When Maddie says on her podcast to reach out, she means it! She always responds and is such a light to the world. She really knows her stuff- all things non toxic and about the body. Even if she doesn’t have an answer she will point you in the right direction for good information. Plus- she is such an empowerer. She encourages all to figure what is right for you, not just to follow “her brand”. If you are looking to better yourself, this is a wonderful addition to your repertoire.
Thank you for exploring and shining light on what women are experiencing with health and health practitioners. Having information has helped me with navigating hormone health as well as not just accepting what a doctor says to be fact. Thank you for giving me permission to be an expert in me.
I love listening to Maddie, there is so much knowledge and information made easy to understand and I walk away from each episode feeling empowered and like I’ve taken something new away from it, or understood something in a new way.
My absolute fav podcast!! I LOVE Maddie’s fun personality and the info she shares in each episode (there’s always something I can walk away with that I didn’t know before)! ✨
