  • Long Time Listener Thoughts

I’ve been listening to the show religiously since 2020/2021 at a time when I needed a pick me up to grow spiritually, mentally, and emotionally. I loved it for years. There are many podcast episodes that brought me so much insight that I needed such as episodes with Mark Groves, Zach Busch, and even Lindsey and Krista’s solocasts. It saddens me to see where the show is today, it feels disconnected. Krista seems to only talk about not working, dating billionaires, and not liking short people just... more

  • A little less goes a long way

Their content can be a hit or miss. Their content can once in a while be informative. Sometimes their “experts” are not really experts but just conspiracy theorists who happen to align with their beliefs. Expand outside your comfort zone ladies, there is truth there too!

  • Hating on short people??

I’ve been listening to Almost30 for 7 years - absolutely love K&L and got so many of my friends hooked too! Given this is a show about being curious, open-minded and self-love, I was SHOCKED to hear Krista bad mouthing short people. I guess once you overcome your body issues it’s ok to hate on other people’s bodies? …as if people could change their height!?!

  • Misinformation

Please stop spreading anti-science propaganda. Dear media seems to be favouring guests that support MAGA views, disturbing.
