  • Sad

Normally, I love Almost 30 content, but the Ben Hart episode really disappointed me. He basically said women have to “prove their worth” if they want a guy to pick them. It felt so backwards and the opposite of what Almost 30 normally stands for. Krista and Lindsey were giving major “pick me girl” enabling energy and it was just sad.

  • Used to be great, now MAHA propaganda

I loved this podcast in 2018 in my mid twenties. The past few years it’s disintegrated into dangerous views about health and spirituality talk that borders full scam get rich by manifesting bs. It’s sad to see the direction this has gone on - this is a true example of the wellness girlie to MAGA pipeline

  • Evolving with A30

I found almost 30 in my early 20s when I was just starting to explore my own spirituality on a deeper level. It’s been such a beautiful journey as I’m now 31 evolving with the podcast. Krista and Lindsey have created such a special place to dive deeper into all of the different topics that women of all ages at one point or another think about. I feel like this is my little safe space of the internet and I’m so grateful for this pod!
