These ppl are a sign of the intellectual and moral decay of the times, the coming dark ages where thinking individuals are completely gone and society regresses
Everything they do is so bumper sticker buzzword slogan copy/paste pale imitation of thought. It's ironically supposed to be counter culture but it's like a corporate designed thoughtless soulless version of counter culture.
I used to LOVE this podcast and was such an avid listener! Lately, I’m feeling like it’s out of touch and not relatable to life and the world at hand. Would love the podcast to touch on bigger issues within the world- to paint the content being discussed in a broader context. That’s really important for me as a listener. I’m also concerned by how conservative some of the hosts’ perspectives have gotten.
I was a longtime listener and finally called it quits. I tried to ignore the conspiracy theory episodes but just can’t anymore. They try and describe these as “entertainment” or to widen perspectives, but that’s just code for them knowing what they are sharing is problematic and they decided to publish it anyways. Those can range anywhere from putting olive oil on your face as skin care to describing the US as an economic solace to The British Crown.
Definitely listen if you’re almost 30 or if you want great advice around relationships, wellness, and everything in between. You feel like you’re listening to your best friends chat while also getting some great insights and information. 10/10
I appreciate the content and guests but I feel like the conversations in the beginning are a little drawn out. I understand a minute or two but 20 minutes feels like a little much.
