  • Pam Bondi’s BFFS

I used to love this pod in 2018-2019. Then the pandemic hit and Krista went full Qanon. Lindsey’s solos on motherhood sometimes still hit, but then she started posting and reposting about RFK. Is America Healthier, ladies? Is America safer? They are 2 white women refusing to take responsibility, refusing to see how damaging their pseudoscience word salads are. Zero stars.

  • So real

Love tuning in to these ladies every week. So down to earth, which is so refreshing. In an age where it feels like everyone is trying to convince you of something, Krista and Lindsey show up and have curious and real conversations that feel engaging and informative

  • My question for these two:

If Krista and Lindsey voted for Trump in order for RFK to become the health secretary, which I strongly believe they did, my question for them is do they believe it was worth the corrosion of the entire country and the further destabilization of the world because of our foreign policy measures to vote him in? Everything Trump is doing he told us he would do and I will not let up on MAHA and your/their contribution to what we are witnessing today. You all can try to distance yourself from everyon... more

  • Almost over

Once (sometimes) interesting. Feels very old paradigm now. Hosts don’t seem connected to each other or the brand more hanging on as it’s a business. Don’t believe any of their product endorsements/doesn’t feel authentic. Be surprised if it lasts this year

850. You Need to Stop Trying So Hard: Why Forcing Is Blocking Your Flow
Q: How can listeners start applying heart coherence in daily life?
Begin with a simple Heart Aligned Meditation and a short coherence breathing cycle, then gradually increase practice to create a stronger baseline before moving on to bigger decisions or stressful conversations.
850. You Need to Stop Trying So Hard: Why Forcing Is Blocking Your Flow
Q: What's the relationship between the heart and intuition, and how does coherence affect intuitive hits?
Coherence is the source of true intuition; when the heart-brain connection is clear, your intuition becomes more reliable and decisions feel more effortless, whereas a busy mind can block those insights.
844. Reignite Your Desire: Sex and Intimacy for Singles + Couples
Q: What is one small thing that someone can do today to reconnect with their sex life?
Connect with what an amazing sexual experience would feel like for you, as no one craves bad sex.
846. Reclaim Your Spiritual Gifts: How To Heal Your Spirit Wound + Step into Your Power
Q: What is the spirit wound?
The spirit wound is a disconnection from our spiritual power and outsourcing it, which is connected to a collective belief of spiritual inferiority.
842. Your Life Has a Pattern: Numerology, Astrology + the Codes Guiding Your Destiny
Q: What are personal year cycles in numerology?
Personal year cycles indicate the theme of your year, guiding where to focus energy and intentions.
