    Stephanie was on Holly Perkins podcast recently, a podcast i regularly follow for information on progressive strength training and much more for women 35 and older. I LOVED learning about peptides from that podcast where Stephanie was the guest. I immediately started looking into peptides primarily to help repair my gut (lots of gas and bloating for the past 5 years and couldn’t not figure out anything that really helped long term).
