  • So happy to learn about Peptides!

Stephanie was on Holly Perkins podcast recently, a podcast i regularly follow for information on progressive strength training and much more for women 35 and older. I LOVED learning about peptides from that podcast where Stephanie was the guest. I immediately started looking into peptides primarily to help repair my gut (lots of gas and bloating for the past 5 years and couldn’t not figure out anything that really helped long term). I started a few different peptides to help with this gut issue ... more

EP 52: Peptides Aren’t One-Size-Fits-All… Here’s What Actually Works | Telehealth Mistakes + Custom Protocols | Anthony Castore
Q: What would you tell your 20-year-old self about creating a health protocol and knowing when to adjust or remove components?
Understand that the protocol should be built with a strong why, be adjustable, and include a planned taper or removal strategy to prevent reliance on any single intervention, focusing on sustainable foundations like sleep, stress management, and balanced training.
EP 52: Peptides Aren’t One-Size-Fits-All… Here’s What Actually Works | Telehealth Mistakes + Custom Protocols | Anthony Castore
Q: If you could go back to 20-year-old Anthony, what advice would you give him?
I'd give him a foundation of health over quick lab gains, recommending more mindful, long-term choices, and emphasizing why certain protocols are used and when to stop using them, so he builds a durable health mindset.
EP 47: “I Got No Answers from Doctors…” Then Everything Changed | Megan Kasel
Q: What inspired Megan to pivot from corporate retail to a wellness-focused role, and how did her collaboration with Loop begin?
Megan describes realizing she needed something more light up and fulfilling, leading her to shift from corporate retail to the Loop project after conversations and a serendipitous connection with Stephanie. A startup environment and shared mission provided the platform for her to join as chief of staff and evolve into a central partner in the peptide journey.
EP 12: From 40s to 50s: How Life, Beauty & Purpose Have Evolved
Q: What are your biggest dreams for the next 10 years personally and professionally?
To grow the Loop community into a widely recognized platform, host retreats, continue sharing openly to inspire others aging with vitality, and support women in navigating the hard things while staying authentic to themselves.
EP 12: From 40s to 50s: How Life, Beauty & Purpose Have Evolved
Q: How did you find your community when starting fresh in a new city, especially during COVID?
I was strategic and selective, giving myself time (years) to build a small, authentic circle; I prioritized transparency about life circumstances and boundaries to attract like-minded friends who fit into a manageable, supportive network.
