  • Great science - too much guy talk

The content on peptides, NAD, and health science is genuinely interesting and valuable — it’s exactly why I tuned in and I’ve learned useful info from it.

That said, I’m not interested in the hosts’ personal lives or random chit-chat, which takes up nearly half the runtime. Less banter and more focused substance would make this a 5-star show.

Hoping for tighter, denser episodes ahead.

  • Love the Q&A’s

Great show, informative, honest, helps keep me up to date in the peptide world. More guests would be great. Maybe athletes from different sports sharing the experience and knowledge. Only complaint, please fix the audio. Super quiet podcast, at 80% volume with my AirPods, ears get blasted by the commercials.

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Peptide Q&A #38 – Peptide Testing & Quality Control, HGH for Women & Post-Menopause Weight Loss
Q: For someone my age considering HGH and secretagogues, is it better to start with CJC and epimerellin or jump straight to HGH?
They advise starting with a more natural pathway (secretagogues) and monitoring responses, then adding IGF-1 only if appropriate, and consider HGH later if needed, emphasizing gradual changes and avoiding over-saturation of the same pathway.
Peptide Q&A #38 – Peptide Testing & Quality Control, HGH for Women & Post-Menopause Weight Loss
Q: Hi, I'm a 50-year-old female dealing with post-menopause weight gain and insomnia. Should I consider kisspeptin given my hysterectomy, and what other hormones might be more appropriate?
The panel suggests looking at direct hormone therapy and personalized testing rather than assuming kisspeptin will resolve post-menopause symptoms; they recommend consulting a doctor, obtaining comprehensive blood work, and considering hormone replacement tailored to the individual's medical history and surgical status.
Peptide of the Week: The Truth About GLPs and What’s Coming Next with JAY CAMPBELL
Q: Given the regulatory landscape, do you think the industry will see fast changes that favor researchers and consumers, or will the pace be slow and painful?
The guest argues that while immediate sweeping reform is unlikely, there is momentum toward tighter vetting, higher QA standards, and a more formal lobby (American Peptide Association) to push for outcomes that protect consumers and legitimate businesses.
Peptide Q&A #36 – Hair Transplants, Mitochondrial Protocols, Female Fat Loss, TRT Support, Peptide Dosing & Alcohol on RETA
Q: What is the recommended starting dose for IGF-1 LR-3 for a male, and how should it be titrated?
Start at around 100 micrograms per day and slowly titrate up, potentially to as high as 600 micrograms for some men, while ensuring you eat some carbs after injection to aid uptake; monitor for bloating and adjust accordingly.
Peptide Q&A #37 – Postpartum Peptide Safety, Cholesterol Myths, Retatrutide Tapering & Stack Upgrade
Q: Hello, I have a question from my wife from post pregnancy. Is it safe to use Wolverine Blend or GHK-CU while breastfeeding, and are there other peptides you would recommend postpartum?
The hosts emphasize caution during breastfeeding, suggesting topical copper peptide use and wound-healing support as safer near-term options, while recommending against systemic or broader peptide use during breastfeeding. They encourage conservative approaches and advise consulting a medical professional for postpartum plans.
