Curious if you’ve done any research or have any knowledge on using this for a 16 year old? My son has struggled with anxiety/depression and ptsd and he has been looking into this a bit because he just cannot tolerate any medications. I get nervous trying anything that isn’t prescribed because he is so young. But I also would love to help him find relief.

  • Taylor, please stop interrupting

I genuinely enjoy this content and look forward to each new episode. Taylor consistently brings valuable insights and perspectives to the conversation. My only critique is that she tends to interrupt or talk over Hunter, which can disrupt the flow of the conversation. He is very patient.

Please be more conscience of your low voice and speaking more closely to the mic as you said you were going to be. Thanks.

  • Can’t hear end of sentences

Great information but there are MANY times an episode where Hunter either doesn’t finish his sentences audibly or pulls away from the mic and you cannot hear what he is saying. It gets grating especially when you are really interested in what is being discussed. Fix that and it’s a five star. Otherwise I have difficulty wanting to sit through an episode.

Saturday Morning Coffee Talk 5/16/26
Q: What is the recommended approach for someone starting HGH at age 56?
Start with a peptide HGH approach at replacement doses rather than high physiologic doses, monitoring IGF-1 and sleep/recovery, and consider individualized dosing with a realistic plan for gradual adjustments.
Episode 4 — Why the 49ers Can't Stay Healthy | Peter Cowan on EMF, Substations, and Your Hormones
Q: What practical steps would you recommend to someone trying to mitigate EMF exposure in daily life?
Hardwire devices, keep phones away or on airplane mode when not in use, turn off Wi‑Fi at night if possible, consider reducing proximity to smart meters, and implement light strategies like morning sunlight and dim, warm lighting after sunset to support circadian health.
Episode 4 — Why the 49ers Can't Stay Healthy | Peter Cowan on EMF, Substations, and Your Hormones
Q: Can you explain what is being affected in these athletes mechanistically from EMF exposure?
EMF affects mitochondria by distorting the electron transport chain, increasing reactive oxygen species, and reducing ATP production, which pushes cells toward less efficient energy pathways and heightens oxidative stress that can impair performance and recovery.
March 2026 Q&A | GLP-1s, GH Peptides, Healing, Autoimmune & More | Hunter Williams
Q: What is the best starting stack for a 55+ woman focusing on longevity, brain health, and mitochondria?
HGH tends to offer robust longevity and mitochondrial benefits for those in that age group, while Ipomerellin and Tessa have valuable roles too. The stack should be individualized, considering cost and risk, with HGH generally preferred for longevity-related goals, paired with supportive peptides for brain and mitochondrial health as appropriate.
March 2026 Q&A | GLP-1s, GH Peptides, Healing, Autoimmune & More | Hunter Williams
Q: How dangerous is stacking TURS and RETA together, and why?
There isn't a definitive study proving danger; many practitioners have used the combination with reported good results and without obvious safety signals in their patients. The approach can reduce glucagon activity and may help appetite control, but individual responses vary and monitoring is advised.
