  • Anti women host

Way to ostracize a large portion of the population. I hate when women shun feminism, how can you at this day and age? Major red flag when the host says “I’m not even a feminist, I’m more trad than feminist.” What a major red flag. Gross.

  • Disappointed

I love your show and the conversations you have. I especially appreciate how you discuss peptides without going too deep or making it unrealistic.

That said, today’s episode with Dr. Kinsley felt a little off to me. Some parts came across as unrealistic and biased, especially around women’s sexuality. Sexual pleasure is not just about food, oysters, steak, or diet. Many women deal with emotional issues, trauma, relationship changes, hormones, and long-term intimacy challenges.

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

EPISODE 57: Why Detox Comes Before Hormones & Peptides for Women Over 40 with Dani Conway
Q: How did you come to view detoxification as a foundational step before hormonal work?
Detox first helps remove the daily toxin burden that can impair digestion and liver function, which in turn improves how hormones are metabolized and how well gut health supports hormone balance. This sequencing often leads to better responsiveness to subsequent hormone or peptide therapies.
EPISODE 53: How Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) Can Help You Feel Like Yourself Again in Midlife with Kathy Wieliczko
Q: How did you come to incorporate hormone replacement therapy into your health plan, and what has that experience been like for you?
I tried pellets first and then moved to topical hormones; the process included labs and symptom tracking, and ultimately a regimen that balanced mood, energy, and sex drive, which changed my life more than weight loss alone.
EPISODE 54: What FDA Approval Actually Means and the Future of Peptides with Dr. Jean Cunningham
Q: What are the key regulatory updates listeners should watch for regarding peptides in the near term?
An upcoming FDA advisory meeting will discuss whether compounding pharmacies can legally provide seven specific peptides again, potentially re-listing them as category one substances, with decisions impacting access, quality controls, and patient safety.
EPISODE 54: What FDA Approval Actually Means and the Future of Peptides with Dr. Jean Cunningham
Q: What makes something FDA approved, and how does that distinction apply to peptides and compounded products?
FDA approval requires robust evidence of safety and efficacy from well-designed studies; compounded products are not FDA-approved in the same way and often rely on sourcing, quality testing, and regulatory pathways like 503A/503B, with safety and oversight more variable.
EPISODE 49: The Future of Sustainable Weight Loss with Personalized GLP-1 Dosing with Dr. Ian Ellis
Q: What got you into this path and what is Voafit all about?
Dr. Ellis describes his personal battle with weight, the limitations of standard GLP-1 dosing, and how he developed a precision, level-based approach to dosing backed by pharmacokinetics, culminating in the Voafit platform to help clinicians dose patients more accurately.
