Gretchen and her sister Liz are smart, ambitious, and successful women but they come across as relatable and down to earth. It must be their Midwest upbringing, which, in addition to their dogs, husbands and kids, gives the podcast a personal feel. The way these sisters support each other is wholesome and inspiring. The content is always practical and meaningful but never too heavy.
