  • Long Time Listener

Long time listener here and I do mostly enjoy this podcast but it’s not on my ‘must listen’ to pod. As others said, the ads are too much. And the little happier also isn’t worth it and just clutters up the feed. I had to write a Shortcut automation just to delete them from my podcast feed.

The content gets repetitive - maybe it’s worse with the hosts having to come up with content for multiple weekly episodes + pre recording waaaay ahead.

I’d really prefer they have the More Happier bonus e... more

  • Gems of Wisdom

I've been listening to this show for a long time, and it pretty much never fails to provide some sort of gem of wisdom or reminder of a good idea. And in between those moments, it's thoroughly pleasant and entertaining.

And I especially love the "X for 'X" list idea; one of my 26 Ideas for '26 is to rate & review the podcasts that I love, and this is the first one!

  • My #1 Favorite Podcast!

This is my go-to podcast. I’ve listened to every episode and there’s at least one useful tidbit in every show.

Through Gretchen’s Four Tendencies quiz, I learned that I was an Obliger and my husband is a Rebel. Understanding how these types respond to outer & inner forces has helped me accomplish so much more in my life (and get along better with my spouse).

The dialog between the two sisters warms my heart, and their conversations make me think deeply. This podcast is a wonderful companion ... more
