I used to listen regularly but the ads have become so excessive and it has turned me off. Too bad.
If you’re looking for practical ways to improve your life, definitely give this Podcast a try. The focus is on knowing yourself better and what works for (or against) you without preaching a one size fits all solution. Gretchen & Elizabeth are so enthusiastic and thought provoking and all their suggestions are certainly attainable. Of all the Podcasts I listen to, this one is my favorite!
