  • If you’d like to heal your life, start listening!

This podcast has changed the trajectory of my entire life & my family too.

In short, I’m healing rheumatoid arthritis through pure foods, mind and lifestyle practices.

I found this podcast 2 years ago and immediately knew I had to become a client of Carissa’s 🍇🍠🍗🥬🍋

One-on-one with her, plus this podcast (ATP Science) has given me absolutely EVERYTHING I need to be my own practitioner and heal my gut, hormones, epigenetics, etc.

  • Powerhouse Brilliant Women

I love how they dig into the science and reality of how nutrition affects our bodies and lives. They are smart, on it, and consistently teach me something. Been listening for many years in NY and continue to do on my drive to work in Portland, OR. Hope to visit the practice down under someday!

  • Love the nutritional education

Really like the mutational education you both share on these episodes, but at times, Carissa’s swearing and laughing is a bit off putting. Comes across a bit unprofessional and kinda disrupts flow and engagement.
