  • A great pick me up!

I go to this podcast for an energetic pick me up. Melissa always cheers me up! Though I must admit that it has turned more into a parenting podcast. I am not a mom so I feel like I can’t really relate to a lot of the episodes. However, as an aunt, I do listen to some of the parenting episodes to share the tips with my sister in law!

  • PRACTICE UNTIL IT HAPPENS?

Melissa giving an example of how she envisioned her birth and then had a water birth in her bedroom in an hour and a half, does not happen to so many women, no matter how much time they visualise and repeat how they want their birth to be natural. Setting goals is important, however with intelligence and realism.
