I’m a fan of Dr. Sinclair and his work and am enjoying this podcast. In episode 2, I felt there were some important details left unsaid. Can we have a clarification on carbohydrates (and eating them over time) - you mentioned white rice spiked your glucose but potatoes seemed ok. Also, one of the quoted studies suggested a pescatarian diet had the highest correlation with longevity but you’re now vegetarian.
