    I have had mental health issues on and off for 7 years. I have listened to a lot, had therapy, done meditation and I am in a far better place than when I was at my lowest. However I lapse, get angry, upset and question myself on the direction I am taking in life. The first episode is by far the best thing I have heard around Wellbeing.
